    i bought this electric range two years ago and after a year started having an issue with it. the control display is flickering. it seems as though there are several hundred people having the same problem. i asked samsung about it a year ago and received no reply. talked to them today after i heard there cold be a fire issue, they gave me a number to call for parts. hope i can get some help.

    2 yrs. ago i bought range model NE59J7630SG, the paint peeling off in several areas. i contact your support Dept. i was told that they would take care of my problem. month later i was told that its consider to be cosmetics damage and would fix the problem. i think your company makes piece of horrible product, i speak to over 50 people week and i will make sure that i tell everyone how poor quality your product. i will buy or recommend your product its sad i spent over 4,000. and this the type of junk i got. horrible and sad !!!!!!

    screen randomly started flicking. support stated this was not a reported issue, and to trust only posts on samsung. i sent a link from samsung and was told this was not an issue with the unit itself.

    black stainless steel - please do not! purchased 6 months ago.wiped down w/ plain sponge black coating just started peeling away. would never recommend to any one! guidelines don’t allow true review!

    We have owned this range for two years now. About six months ago I noticed the black finish was chipping. We purchased an extended warranty from Best Buy but when I called Geek Squad I was told the warranty does not cover outside cosmetic issues. They did tell me that I could get it refinished but cost would be close to $500.00! VERY disappointing so I called Samsung customer service directly only to be told the same thing. I also have the matching fridge & it too is starting to chip as well. As a last resort, I reached out to Samsung corporate only to be told the same thing without any recourse to an issue I did not create to their product. Rediculous that Samsung does not care about the appearance of their products!!
