    for the amount of money i spent on this fridge it is the wrost fridge ever. the ice maker has been completly frozen multiple times. i've had to use a heat gun to get it to defrost. since i did not need much freezer space i used the flex-zone as an extra fridge space. after a couple of years i needed the flex-zone to be a freezer and it would not freeze at all. this was so dissapointing. our troubles did not stop there. for about a year the one freezer section has not be funcitoning properly. the stuff i put in the door does not freeze or it takes days to partially freeze. a couple of days ago my freezer has decided to be warmer that the fridge. over the last 5 years that i've had this fridge i have had to call a technician multiple times. save yourself the headache.

    the refrigerator is good and the freezer portion works great. the unit looks nice and functions well. but....the ice maker sucks!!!!!!! i don't just mean it's horrible. i mean it's horrible!!!!! if you want to be continuously frustrated then buy this item. after you do you'll think about this review and wish you would have listened. remember my words....the ice maker sucks!!!!!!!!!!!

    ice makers leaks water and freezes up constantly. warranty won't cover the part. look up samsung groups on social media and everyone will tell you to never buy their products. i have to break apart the ice build up weekly to keep the ice maker working. stay away from samsung. the black stainless looks nice but it operates like garbage.

    the ice maker is the worse. it vondtantly freezes up. im having to thaw it every 2 to 3 months.

    i purchased what i thought was going to be an awsome refrigerator but i was mistaken. its nice big fridge without a working ice maker. it works for a few weeks then nothing until it gets defrosted. if i had known about this problem which samsung has been very aware of years and still fraudulently sold these to the public i would not have bought it. samsung needs to step up and fix this ongoing problem that thousands of people are having. shame on you samsung. as of now i will most likely never purchase anything else from samsumg. samsung should disclose to consumers the risk of purchasing one of these knowing there is no fix in sight. i hope this helps others to say clear of samsung.
