    I have a number of Samsung products, so was pleased when I found a Samsung Stove at Lowes. We were told it would be delivered in 2 weeks. However, it took over two months to receive it. When it did come the oven light didn't work (that's all we noticed at the time). But, turns out the master board was bad, so the convection and self-cleaning wasn't working either. The technician diagnosed the problem and we had to wait a couple more weeks for parts to arrive. It worked, for a couple months, then similar problem. Repaired again, and work for a short time. Now not working again. The oven light works until the oven heats up, then won't work. Convection fan never comes on. Really disappointed that Samsung would sell something like this

    This oven is working great and cooks with less time than a conventional oven. It has a great design and looks great.

    I so looked forward to a new range. However, I find the burners are slower than my old electric range with its coils. I wanted a convection range, but I did not realize I would have to listen to a fan constantly turning off and on. My daughter's convection range has a steady fan sound. Also, the oven light will not stay turned on. When I try to watch my cookies baking from a place a few feet away, the light goes off so I must go back to turn it on to check for doneness. I also do not care for the appearance of the burner knobs. They look very retro next to the digital panel. I am having a hard time keeping the cooktop clean, despite buying the special cleaning products for it. It usually looks smeared. I sincerely hope the Samsung refrigerator I have on order is a better experience.

    Any home we have ever leased or bought had nice appliances in them. This home we have a gas stove as well. Not being a fan of gas, we had the home wired for the electric stove. Then the research and pricing began. We as always put a lot of prayer and thought into our hunt. Having decided on a different brand, we put it under scrutiny...very close scrutiny. That closer look and examination help us to chose our Samsung convection oven. So very glad that we did and more than pleased with our choice. We had made our decision. When we went to our locale home center, the next day, we discovered it was on sale. Most of our meals 95% or more are cooked from scratch, made at home. This added to our confidence in the right choice of both the oven and our locale home center.
