    the refrigerator and freezer are nice, but the ice maker makes this combo not usable. the water dispenser and ice maker have dripped/leaked since day 1..now in year 2 of ownership the ice maker continues to freeze over requiring a complete defrost. ice maker located in the fridge section..which makes this even more problematic. horrible design and support.

    nice fridge but ice maker stops working after a year. today the plastic guard on the right door fell off and broke into 3 pieces.

    okay fridge (besides the slow, almost non-existent, ice maker), however, 3 weeks ago, the fridge stopped working. 4 samsung technicians on 4 separate occasions are all unable to diagnose the issue.

    i bought in nov, 2018.twice since then ice maker failed to drain the water causing an ice dam in the back of the ice maker and the outside and underneath the ice bucket.
