    ice maker failed after a year, the refrigerator failed at 3 years. this is a known product defect and samsung needs to stop manufacturing refrigerators!

    bought fridge oct'18,not used for 4 mths, mar 28'20 (during pandemic),has useless screen didn't give error .worse, been waiting on my refund to purchase another fridge since april 3

    i had to replace the ice maker while still under warranty as it kept freezing up and would not make ice cubes. this refrigerator has a lot of fancy features, but it can't make ice.

    very disappointed in this fridge have replaced the ice maker twice and no one can tell me why it won't work. worked fine for the first year now can't get it to work.
