    I love my new Bosch 500 Series Dishwasher. It is the quietest one ever. The three racks are so helpful in loading ALL my dishes. I purposefully loaded as many dishes as possible and did NOT pre rinse. The dishwasher did its job. All came out clean. I also really like the red light that shines on the floor to let one know the D/W is running. With it running so quietly, now I can see that at a glance!

    This is a wonderful dishwasher. Very Quiet, looks good and nice set-up inside so dishes come out clean. So this should be a 5 star review. Unfortunately, the electronic mother board has stopped working and this washer was bought and installed May 2020. Getting customer service to honor parts warranty has been difficult.

    This dishwasher is very quiet! Also very smart looking in our kitchen. Unfortunately, it is hard to load as my guess is it is made for European dishes, which are smaller. It came with the third rack, which we removed as glasses or anything tall will not fit with the third rack in. Also our dishwasher currently is holding water in the filter, which starts to smell if you don't remove it. This should not have happened as I always rinse the dishes thoroughly. We were told a hose is probably plugged, which we will get fixed soon. Would I buy another one? Probably not.

    When I first got my new Bosch, I loved the three racks, how quiet it was and how well it cleaned. Before the first year was up, the notion rack started falling into the tub. The only way to get this to stop happening was minimizing the weight on the bottom rack, which is where all my largest and heaviest items fit. The wheels are too small and the ridge they go on too narrow. Nothing helped. Bottom line, I am getting a new dishwasher that's engineered to keep the bottom rack on the rails. Very disappointed.
