ADA 24" 800 Series Custom Panel, 6/5 Cycles, 3rd Rck, 44 dBA, RckMatic,15 Pl Stgs, InfoLight - CP

I thought when I purchased Bosch appliances I was doing a good thing. Oven, washer/dryer, cooktop and dishwasher. We are very disappointed. The dishwasher arrived, was installed and the first time we ran it came up with a E15 error code. It has a cracked part so we wait...and continue to wait...the first company to come and look at it didn't diagnose it properly. Now after the second company we wait for the part. The dishwasher will have to be totally uninstalled (panel removed also) for the part to be installed and because water has been sitting in the lower section of the bottom since we first tried to run it the dishwasher now smells like a swamp...my brand new dishwasher. I'm quite sure it will never be right and it's BRAND NEW! Never ran thru a cycle. Lucky me! Bosch...never again!

This dishwasher has a ton of settings and a great option of adjusting racks depending on what you need to wash. The light function is also very useful, so you can see when it's done without the beeps...

First the good things: I purchased this dishwaser because it was one of the few I could find that comes without a door so that you can add a custom panel. I made a panel out of oak and stained it to match my cabinets so it doesn't even look like a dishwaser is there, which I love. The ada compliant height was also a bonus for my particular install situation, the door needs to clear an oven handle when it opens, and it is short enough to do that. It does do a really good job cleaning the dishes. Now the bad: Bosch is supposed to be a good brand and i figured if I'm spending over a grand I must be getting a high quality machine. I was wrong. It never has dried the dishes, which a lot of other reviews said, so I knew that was going to be a potential issue. That said I was kind of shocked by how absolutely soaking we the dishes are after the dry cycle. Using the sanitize setting helps, but I have never had a load come out dry. If that was the only problem I would have given this 3 or 4 stars. The leaking is the real problem. There were no leaks for the first 6 months, then all of the sudden one day I came home to a giant puddle on the floor. I contacted Bosch and they put in a ticket for a repair with a 3rd party company in my area. They were supposed to contact me within 24 hours and never did. I've been too busy to try again so I have just been living with the leak. It still leaks every single time I do a load. The amount of water that comes out varies, sometimes it's just a few drops, today it was about 1 cup. It leaks out of the front door on the left side so I put a tupperwear container down to catch it. I'm so disappointed that I spent so much money on what i thougth was going to be a really nice dishwasher and what i got is an incontenent dishwaher that pees on the floor. I was considering a zline dishwasher that also had the custom panel option. That dishwaser was a lot less expensive and I wish I would have purchased that one instead.

So far this is one of the best dishwashers we have ever had. Cleans with a shine on all glass items. The 3rd rack is great for our cutlery and other small items. Super quiet machine. The support from Bosch is great. Easy install. I can not find anything to complain about.

I bought a dishwasher from my daughter that was still crated. She tried to return it but the company was going to charge her $240.00 plus a restock fee of 30%. She thought she had ordered the 18 in one so it didn't fit her opening and because they were charging her half of what it cost to return it I bought it. I need a panel for it but cannot figure out how to get one and how much it would cost.
