    The igniter has to be replaced every year

    Purchased this oven in 2017 and I have had the igniter replaced 4 times since 2019. I purchased a 5 year warranty from the retail store and like clockwork the oven stops heating properly and an f9 code appears occasionally. Ive reached out to the President of the company and I was offered 15 off my next purchase. Im writing this review because $500 would be a much better form of compensation being that all my major kitchen appliances are LG and Im trying to keep everything uniform. I believe that my unit is a lemon and a reputable company like LG should be accountable for this inconvenience.

    After owning the LG stove for 2 years it stopped keeping temperature. We purchased a 5 yr warranty with it. After 5 service calls and replacing different parts it is still not working. We are now awaiting another service call to probably be reimbursed or have it replaced. This is all in a 6 month period of not being able to bake anything. Not happy
