    I wanted a convection oven and this one was recommended by the salesman. Its easy to use and most importantly easy to clean. When I needed service LG was surprisingly easy and very involved with the repair service provided by an outside company. LG stayed right on top of the repair the until it was fixed

    Our top broiler/heating element went out a few months ago. Went to have it replaced only to discover the wiring in the back of the oven was faulty and had burned completely through the protective coating. Furthermore the clamps that the top broiler plugged into or melted on to the broiler. we had this for less than three years and had to replace it as it was not fixable nor was the issue covered under warranty

    Ive had this product for about 5 years now. I had to replace the fan motor after 3 years and now my oven preheats very slowly. Obviously everything will need repairs with time but I expected to not have to worry about repairs with lg for a bit longer than 3-5 years.

    BOUGHT IN 1999 ADDED THE EXTENDED WARRENTY RANGE WAS GREAT UNTIL NOVEMBER 22 THE OVEN WENT OUT. CALLED LOWES THEY SENT ME TO EXTANDED WARRENTY IT IS NOW JANUARY 20 2023 I STILL HAVE NO OVEN 30 CALLS LATER AND 6 VISITS FROM TWO DIFFERANT REPAIR SERVICE DO NOT NO WHY I CANT GET A NEW STOVE. COULD NOT COOK FOR 24 ON THANKSGIVING ON CHRISTMAS OR BAK A CAKE FOR 3 BIRTHDAYS NO IM NOT HAPPY WITH LG ISPENT OVER 7000. ON LG APPLIANCE FOR MY HOME IN 2019. NO NOT HAPPY
