    Cheap parts attached fall off

    we enjoy the cooktop. but there is a cheap plastic tab on the side that fell off and the rubber bumpers on the top were missing. called samsung under warranty and they said tough luck.

    I love my cooktop!!! You really have to be a gas cooktop person all the way. The clean up is hard but worth it to me.

    With our remodel we went from a 30” to a 36” which makes all the difference arranging larger pots on the range. The range comes with a wok ring. I never thought about cooking with a wok, but with the high heat center burner, I bought a wok and love it.

    Most gas cooktops with bluetooth capability were more expensive. Plus, the griddle and wok stand added to the value!!
