    Not repairable unless you want to spend a ton

    Unit doesnt last. Not repairable as it will cost the same as a new one. Parts not available. The repair man ordered the control board. took 2 months to arrive. After replacing unit still did not work. Do not buy LG fridge again

    I have had this refrigerator for almost 4 years and it has worked very well the entire time. It has a lot of very nice features and its very roomy. This is a very attractive refrigerator.

    I was told someone would contact me in 1-2 days. And it was 8 days. And it was a message which didnt answer my question. It as right out of a book. My second time with LGs bad service. If you buy one be aware.

    I honestly loved this fridge and was very disappointed when finding out that it broke a week later the whole fridge needed to be switched out After switching it out a year later I started having problems with the other parts like the condenser and also the LEDs inside the fridge very finicky

    I bought this refrigerator about 3 1/2 years ago. It is a great refrigerator with nice features. Unfortunately it has failed and presently out of service. Although it is under warranty it has been out for over a month. Lg said the part was on backorder. It is now scheduled for a repair so I am keeping my fingers crossed.
