    Our Samsung refrigerator was a constant repair item. Decided to purchase a Bosch refrigerator. The quality is much better. Keeps items cold even when placed in the door. Ice maker with WiFi let's us know when bin is full. Only problem since purchase was water froze and would not dispense. All I had to do is decrease freezer temp to correct.

    Generally a good quality fridge. Still getting used to it after my built in GE model that died after 19 years. Feel the crisper drawers should pull out further. Hard to get to the stuff at the back. Doesn’t seem to be an easy way to change the position of the divider in the cheese/meat drawer. Only use 1/2 gallon milk containers so door space doesn’t quite work. Love the black stainless steel finish.

    We have Bosch stove top, wall oven, dishwasher and hood. This review is about our refrigerator. We decided on this model from the recomendation of some friends. After having it for 2 years, I can say that it looks good but is not built well to maintain or last. For example, swivel door guide is tempermental and prone to breaking which will require factory repair. Shelf glass on the bottom shelf can not be removed to be cleaned so liquids and debris accumulates under the glass between the support frame. Freezer drawer is prone to misalignment thus not closing all the way and defrosting food. Long wait times to call for support and 1 to 2 months for factory service. Most likey due to COVID-19. Likely look to replace all our appliances sometime in the next couple of years. Not sure if we'll stay with Bosch.

    I have had my Bosch refrigerator for about 8 months now...& I don't know how I have made it without this great appliance! I am never without enough room for my bi-monthly shopping...this model was the perfect choice for my family needs! This gem holds everything perfectly & the freezer capacity is by far the best I have ever experienced! The exterior seals the deal with the non-smudge finish & fantastic color! Simply put... I LOVE MY BOSCH REFRIGERATOR! BOSCH IS THE BEST!

    We had a spill inside the refrigerator. The fluid leaked between the glass and the frame of the glass bottom shelf. There was no other way to clean that without removing the glass which was very difficult to do; we have to force the glass out and afterwards we have never been able to put the glass in straight and, as a result, the two bottom drawers conectted to the frame of the bottom shelf do not work properly because the frame isnt straight. There should have been a way to clean this and put it back together so it would function. Also the ice maker makes loud sqeaky sounds and sometimes it won't make ice at all. These types of problems shouldn't happen in a refrigerator in less than 2 years. Lastly, this series didn't come with a water dispenser. So disappointed. I would not recommend a Bosch refrigerator to my freinds or family.
