    This is my second Amana bottom freezer fridge the first one lasted for 17 years and was replaced with an identical unit with modern upgrades.

    Had the same refrigerator and bought it again. Hard to find a "no frills" refrigerator these days. I don't need a water feature or an icemaker. I like my freezer on the bottom too. I don't like the controls for temperature in the front. I wish they would put them in the back for when I have a carton of milk to put on the top shelf the controls are in the way and if I'm not careful I hit the them. Fairly good price too.

    i bought this 3 months ago and I am disappointed with it. The door does not stay open to put things away. The shelf in the freezer is too narrow for ice cream that i like to keep there. I miss having a crisper bin for lunch meats in the refrigerator. I was not told that it didn't have one as i bought it sight unseen. Most refrigerator have one.

    I been looking for a bottom freezer for years. The lift out basket in the freezer is a great feature.
