    The washer is fine ,clothes are clean. It’s the dryer I’m not sure about

    I purchased this product a little over a month ago to replace a three year old competitors unit that had been giving me nothing but trouble. Right out of the box, it proved to be superior to the unit I replaced. It was easy to unpackage, install, and operate. The instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. I know it's only been a little over a month, but so far, I'm very pleased with the product. So much so that I'm considering the matching dryer as well.Keep up the good work !!!

    Bought this a month back & extremely happy for this superb purchase. Clothes came out clean as ever and the best part is this washer has minimal sound, looks great in my kitchen. Just love it ??

    Poor Warranty Service

    I am very unhappy that this machine was delivered damaged, has never been in working order, and am unsatisfied with the quality and timing of the warranty service so far. Long wait times to get on the schedule, customer service is impossible to contact, defective product, and still not fixed after a few months. The warranty company also has not given us any email or phone communication - we have to call in for updates. I wish I could recommend this product, but it is probably not one that we would order again.
