    I bought this range about 6 months ago and have been totally satisfied with the purchase. The oven heats evenly, and the ceramic cook top works great and has many combinations of heat settings. The only regret with the black cook top is it gets dirty easily, however consistent cleaning with a quality stovetop cleaner keeps it looking like new.

    We built a new home and purchased all Maytag appliances because of the reputation for dependability, even though they were more expensive than the comparable Whirlpool model. After a less than desirable experience with our Maytag refrig, I am even more disappointed to have problems with my range. After baking 2 angel food cakes that literally fell out of the pan as it cooled, I then purchased a digital thermometer and found there was as much as a 70 degree temperature swing during baking cycle. Parts are on order but backordered, so hopefully the parts will come sooner than later. I really like the features of this stove

    I always had built in oven before and cooktop, but decided I wanted a bigger oven. The oven is enormous. I was used to flat top burners so of course I am very happy with that part too. It’s taking me a little time to figure out my new stove but it’s coming along pretty good. At 75, new items can be a challenge to figure out sometimes, but I am up to the challenge.
