this samsung range is not very old, but apparently not under warranty anymore. after using the self-clean cycle, this error popped up, which means the pc board has an abnormal temp. thr estimate i found online to fix this is $300. right now i have an oven that is useless and can’t find anyone to come fix it. tried to fill out the form online, but it just keeps telling me that thr serial/model number is not correct even though i’m putting in exactly what is on the oven.

i've had my oven repaired five times in five years. it is now broken again. same issues! error code c-20 and c-d1. i've had multuple replacements of oven sensors, oven fan motors, and now oven door lock motors. our oven is maybe used weekly! i will not be purchasing samsung again.

i bought an entire kitchen set in 2017, this stove, along with the matching dishwasher and refrigerator. the glass stove top cracked this week while simply washing it with a sponge. just washing it. worse, the dishwasher latch also stopped working this week. after only 3 years, two of the 3 appliances have failed and samsung will not do anything to fix them. don't waste your money. they look great, but don't last very long for the money and support is non existent. save your money and buy a better brand.
