    We love the way the cooktop works. I've been waiting for an induction downdraft cooktop for severl years. Our kitchen is small & that was the only way to keep our idlsnd design. My only issue is that one corner (1 ft x 1ft) doesn't sit flat on the quartz counter top.

    Way overpriced! Jenn-Air needs to be a little sympathetic to those of us who replaced a 46" cooktop (also Jenn-Air) with this 36" model. It would be nice if customer service offered custom-made matching trim for this unit to help cover up the hole left behind. I installed the unit myself with no problems.
